1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to 6 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival (or more than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival for Discovery Cove reservations) are eligible for a refund of the vacation package cost.
    • Unfortunately, refunds are not available for cancellations made within 72 hours of 6 p.m. of the scheduled date of arrival (or within 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival for Discovery Cove reservations).
    • Please note that refunds are not provided for individual components of the package, and unused portions of vacation packages are not eligible for refund.

  2. Cancellation Process:

    • Kindly provide your reservation details for expedited processing.

  3. Cancellation Fee:

    • If your reservation is canceled, a cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from your refund.
    • This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing your cancellation.

  4. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

  5. Non-Transferable Policy:

    • All vacation packages are non-transferable.
