Cancellation & Refund Policy We adhere to a structured cancellation and refund policy:
- Discovery Cove Reservations: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund, minus a cancellation fee.
- Vacation Packages: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before 6 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund, minus a cancellation fee.
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 30 days for Discovery Cove reservations or within 72 hours for vacation packages are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: Refunds do not apply to individual components of a package or unused portions.

Children’s Privacy Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such information is inadvertently collected, we will take steps to delete it immediately upon discovery.
